To utilize online payments, including seeing your up-to-date balance owed, and some other features of the website you'll need to have an account and login.  Here are some helpful steps to help you get started.
If you need any help getting logged in, you may always Contact Us and we'll let you know your username or update your email address to help you get connected.
 
If you're new to the neighborhood (or we don't have your information)
  1. go to the Home Page (https://www.sheffield-park.org/home/)
  2. click the "Register" link in the top right-hand corner of the page.
  3. Fill out all of the required information
    1. You will need to know your lot number (The website calls this "Property").  If you do not know your Lot number you can Contact Us for assistant or you may be able to identify it by the map found on the bottom of the architecture page.
    2. click "Click Here to Lookup Your Property"
    3. Select the Group "Sheffield Park" from the drop down.
    4. Then choose your Lot Number
    5. Click Select
    6. In the rare circumstance you own multiple properties, you could add more than one on this form by repeating these steps before submitting the form with the "Continue" button
  4. You may need to do the reCAPTCHA to prove you're human
  5. Click Continue
 
If you know the HOA has your email address on file
  • You need to know your username, which may or may not be your email address.  (Likely it is not)
    • To Check, near the bottom of the Login Page click "Forgot Username", type your email address and click submit. 
    • Within a couple minutes you'll get an email address that lets you know your username.
    • Make sure to check your Junk or Spam folders - the email will be from noreply@sheffield-park.org
    • If you get a message of "Unable to send login instructions." please contact us, as we can update the email address on file for you.
  • Once you know your username, you'll again want to go back to the Login Page and this time click "Forgot Password", type your email address, and click submit
    • This will email a link to click on to to set a password.  This must be done within 3 hours.
  • Now that you know your username and you've chosen a password, you may go to the Login Page and use those to login to the site!
 
How to make a payment
  • Make sure you've logged in to the website
  • Click on "Your Profile" at the top right side of the page.
  • Your balance will be shown here, as well as any outstanding invoices that you can pay.
