Architecture Change and Related Information

Architectural changes require approval from the SPHOA Architectural Committee.  Please refer to the Covenants (Article IX) and the Architectural Guidelines (below) for more information. If you have any questions feel free to contact us or email the architecture committee directly.

 

 

If you plan to make changes to your property, please submit the form at least 2 weeks in advance of your work to allow time for approval. Installation without approval may be subject to removal.

You may either submit the online form or print this form, fill it out, and mail it to us.

 

Please be reminded that you are required to comply with the Covenants of Sheffield Park.

 

An Architectural Request Form must be submitted and approved in writing before beginning any construction or planting.
